Job Summary

As a Customer Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing prompt and effective assistance to customers via live chat. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers have a positive experience and that their issues are resolved efficiently. You'll be the first point of contact for many customers, and your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service skills will make all the difference.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Chat Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical and non-technical issues efficiently
  • Assisting customers in navigating our platform and services
  • Documenting customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive and responsive communication
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in customer support or chat support, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with live chat software and CRM systems
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for delivering a positive experience
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
  • A strong understanding of customer support principles and best practices

Compensation

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $17-$24 per hour. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
