Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our Client Care division, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers regarding their pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a patient, supportive, and empathetic manner
  • Utilize knowledge and skills to offer solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and improve their healthcare experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services
  • Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards in all interactions with customers

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Partners degree or identical experience

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions
  • Ability to work in a patient, supportive, and empathetic manner, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
