Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team, responsible for processing high-volume data with accuracy and speed. As a key member of our operations team, you'll work closely with our Data Entry Team Leader and other stakeholders to ensure seamless data processing, auditing, and customer service. Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer information with a minimum KPH of 6000, ensuring accuracy and completion within timed deadlines
- Facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents
- Coordinating with operations, customer services, and account management teams to ensure seamless data processing and customer service
- Escalating any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader
- Carrying out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management
- Ensuring full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures
- Processing client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and inputting data onto SKP or DCS
- Verifying customer records using the system
- Setting up DCS screens
- Transmitting data to customers
- Researching and resolving system data issues
Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies
To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work and communicate confidently within a multicultural environment and with all levels of the organization
- Ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately, with meticulous attention to detail and ensuring timely completion
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills
- Sufficient relevant experience working within an operational service delivery role
- IT literacy with knowledge of using all Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
