As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, helping property owners and managers succeed in the competitive vacation rental market. The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring excellent service and high customer satisfaction. You'll be an expert in using the arenaflex software, and you'll use that expertise to advise our customers on how to successfully use our platform to set up their own accommodation website and grow their vacation rental business.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing technical support to customers via email, phone, or chat

  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues related to the arenaflex software
  • Collaborating with our development team to resolve customer issues
  • Identifying and documenting bugs or issues in the arenaflex software
  • Developing technical documentation for internal and external use
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution

What Makes You a Great Fit?

* At least 2 years of experience in technical customer support or a similar role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is a must!
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose complex technical issues
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM and customer support software such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
  • Experience with cloud-based software and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus!
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus!
