Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel, including:

+ In-house Agents and High-Profile agents + Senior management

  • Monitoring internal support queues, reviewing, processing, and assigning inquiries
  • Working closely with Regionals Managers and Sales Representatives to meet account performance objectives, meet clients' expectations, provide and maintain client satisfaction, and ensure problem resolution
  • Developing a strong knowledge of proprietary systems, agency operations, and title software
  • Assisting the Onboarding Manager with new agent onboarding
  • Supporting the internal agent audit team
  • Answering incoming calls to provide support or direct to the appropriate department
  • Preparing reports

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in title insurance, customer support, or title software (a plus)
  • Analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and solve problems effectively
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Advanced knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Products, Title Software's, and Jira (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Effective communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
