Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team on a seasonal basis. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, responding to escalated emails, and working closely with our CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while also enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Answering escalated emails and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Working queues related to orders not shipping, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Making outbound calls to customers to resolve issues and provide updates on their orders
• Processing TrustArc Requests and Order Updates
• Collaborating with our CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily
• Utilizing the telephone in customer contact, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to empathize with our customers
• The energy and initiative required to meet the demands of a very short and intense "season"
• Experience in a call center or business environment, with a focus on customer service and problem-solving
• Knowledge of personal computers and basic math and business operations
• Ability to stay positive under sometimes stressful conditions
• Availability to work extended hours, including Saturdays, during the holiday season

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

• Experience in a seasonal or holiday-driven business environment
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
