Responsibilities

  • Assist federal employees and retirees, compensationers, and retired military personnel with plan enrollment, creating new accounts, general plan questions, and site navigation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Work Environment and Technology Requirements

To ensure your success in this role, you'll need to meet the following work environment and technology requirements:

  • Quiet, uninterrupted space during all working hours.
  • Personal computer (no tablet) with a wired internet connection (cable, fiber optic, or DSL).
  • Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.
  • Wired USB headset with microphone.
  • Smart phone and willingness to accept texts related to program work.
  • Mac users: Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility.

Earnings Potential

As a Customer Care and Benefits Enrollment Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $15.60 per productive hour, with the potential to earn an equivalent of $20+/hour with incentives during peak times.

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.

Language Requirement

English is the primary language required for this role.
