Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content Group. As a Data Analyst, you will apply advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions and inform content strategy. You will work closely with our content team to analyze client behavior, forecast content engagement, and identify new opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions and inform content strategy
- Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing preferences, viewing patterns) to identify neglected client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Forecast content engagement to inform purchasing decisions and optimize content release strategies
- Enhance our content release and episode release strategy through data-driven insights
- Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI techniques
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
- Experience in data visualization and data storytelling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Good to Have
* Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Math, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent field
- An enthusiasm for media and entertainment
