What you’ll do Support external clients and internal teams in the implementation of Rain for both new and existing customers Properly scope out customer needs and requests during implementations to make sure our solution solves their existing problems Proactively project manage the implementation process end-to-end to achieve customers' target timelines and goals, communicating to all stakeholders any changes or updates as needed Configure and implement customers in accordance with best practices to drive adoption and maximize revenue potential Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive a timely and well organized implementation process, escalating issues to various stakeholders as necessary Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to improve and troubleshoot customer issues as well as provide feedback on product enhancements & needs Support in the development and documentation of processes and best practices Proactively look for opportunities of improvement in existing processes to help support Rain’s overall growth Who you are 2+ years of relevant implementation or onboarding experience 1+ year in a customer facing role managing stakeholders and timelines Strong project management and prioritization skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once without compromising Experience working with JIRA, Hubspot, Salesforce, and similar systems of customer record Experience with HCM and HR Tech preferred General curiosity and desire to learn Who We Are Rain is filled with people with a deeply rooted passion for our mission, who embrace diversity throughout our global team, and grow personally and professionally. Compensation $80,000 - $85,000 Base | $90,000 - $100,000 OTE Note this is a range and we take in a variety of factors when determining total compensation for the position.
