Influencer Marketing Manager for Games - US/CA (m/f/x)

gaming culture, esports, and influencer trends Who We Are At Joined Media Group (JMG) , we create influencer marketing endorsement campaigns that put brands in front of highly targeted gaming audiences worldwide . Based in Berlin, our international team delivers impactful campaigns on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram , and other major platforms for leading gaming brands . What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain

relationships with gaming influencers , agencies, and managers

• Recruit creators for global marketing campaigns
• Scout and onboard new talent to expand our influencer network
• Negotiate partnership deals and secure competitive rates
• Bring creative campaign ideas to the table
• Track KPIs, campaign results, and prepare performance reports
• Stay on top of gaming and influencer trends to identify new opportunities

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing within gaming, esports, or a related field
• A deep understanding of gaming culture and current trends
• Hands-on experience working with gaming creators, esports teams, or gaming brands
• Familiarity with YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram , and other relevant platforms
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in

English (other languages are a plus)

• A proactive, independent mindset and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
