The Data Processing Analyst is responsible for performing data entry and processing tasks such as review, entry, reconciliation of data, and document handling that requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and technical proficiency. This position will use a variety of software tools to enter data and ensure that it is error-free and up to date. What does a day in the life as a Data Processing Analyst look like? • Support client vendors and users about the class schedules • Execute fast, accurate transaction processing including data parsing, data entry, and data enrichment- Communicates with the clients through email, chat, and voice channels • Closely follow process workflows and support in implementation of initiatives, and projects as directed by leadership • Collaborates closely with pod leader, team leader, or team manager regarding issues or concerns with daily tasks and activities • Consistently perform with high accuracy and attention to detail • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with fellow consultants, leadership, and client contacts What are the required qualifications of a Data Processing Analyst? • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in Data Processing or Customer Service role • Willing to take calls if needed • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with fellow consultants, leadership, and client contacts • Ability to closely follow process workflows implemented by team leaders and team manager • Must possess above average English communication skills both verbal and written • Must be proficient in speaking and writing Japanese • JPLT N2 certificate or higher is a plus Ninja Perks and Benefits • Full time employees ◠Competitive compensation ◠Adherence to government-mandated benefits ◠Retirement Savings Program with Company Matching ◠Life Insurance ◠HMO on day 1 ◠Paid time off, birthday leave ◠Bonus and incentive plans ◠Opportunities for skills training and personal and professional development ◠Employee Referral Program ◠Beautiful office space (for onsite employees) ◠Free lunch provided daily (for onsite employees) Experience infinite fun so you can have infinite growth.
