Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Construir relaciones científicas con HCPs comunitarios y académicos (inmunólogos, reumatólogos, neurólogos, hematólogos, obstetras/medicina materno-fetal según indicación), enfocadas en modificar la práctica clínica a través del intercambio de evidencia en Inmunología
  • Comunicar el valor clínico de los atributos de terapias innovadoras (p. ej., eficacia, seguridad, inmunogenicidad, conveniencia/adherencia, calidad de vida y resultados reportados por pacientes), alineado a las necesidades no cubiertas en enfermedades autoinmunes
  • Contribuir al pre-lanzamiento mediante educación científica y preparación del entorno clínico, acelerando la adopción a través del involucramiento de KOLs/PI y programas de acceso temprano cuando aplique, especialmente para activos de pipeline asignado en indicaciones de Inmunología mediadas por IgG
  • Realizar seguimiento de educación y adopción de nuevas guías/evidencia, identificando barreras para el cambio de práctica en patologías inmunomediadas (diagnóstico, criterios de severidad, biomarcadores, derivación y rutas de tratamiento)
  • Responder consultas científicas de HCPs/investigadores/decisores sobre evidencia en Inmunología (mecanismo FcRn/reciclaje de IgG, racional biológico, diseño e interpretación de estudios, seguridad, inmunogenicidad e interacciones con práctica real)
  • Integrar datos científicos a la práctica clínica (endpoints clínicos y de laboratorio, biomarcadores, actividad de enfermedad, resultados materno-fetales cuando corresponda) para adaptar la comunicación a las necesidades de cada audiencia
  • Identificar potenciales centros y apoyar la factibilidad/reclutamiento de sitios para investigación clínica en Inmunología (incluyendo estudios con el producto asignado cuando aplique), en alineación con el/la TA Head/Senior Medical Manager
  • Ejecutar actividades educativas en campo centradas en pipeline cercano a lanzamiento y productos clave, con contenido específico de Inmunología (p. ej., fisiopatología, FcRn/IgG, evidencia clínica del producto, posicionamiento científico y selección de pacientes)
  • Capturar insights médicos desde interacciones en campo sobre paradigmas de tratamiento en Inmunología, necesidades no cubiertas, barreras de acceso, competidores/estándar de cuidado y oportunidades para generación de evidencia (RWE, publicaciones, educación médica)
  • Diseñar y ejecutar el plan territorial y de relacionamiento con KOLs acorde a la estrategia médica de Inmunología, incluyendo priorización de stakeholders para iniciativas vinculadas al producto (educación, investigación, insights y adopción)

Requerimientos: Licenciatura completada - carrera en el ámbito de la salud/biomedicina, y carreras afines. Experiencia previa en industria farmaceutica es deseable, pero no excluyente. Nivel Intermedio - avanzado de Ingles Disponibilidad de Viaje y trabajo en campo (80%). Licencia de Conducir / Vehiculo propio.
