Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst on our E2E Transportation team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and insights, and develop actionable recommendations to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights, and develop actionable recommendations to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide real-time insights
• Conduct exploratory analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical modeling, to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain data visualizations to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
• Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Test Tasks

* Plan and estimate retail tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new initiatives

• Build dashboards and metrics for new customer recommendations, such as Expedited Shipment
• Develop driver analysis for critical reasons behind late deliveries
• Analyze differences in store and market performance

* Applying SQL and visualization skills to create reports that showcase the results of your investigations

• Collaborating with colleagues to gather the right data from different sources to support key investigations
• Leading exploratory analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical modeling
• Automating tasks and creating processes that screen, analyze, and advise on key performance indicators
• Developing and maintaining data visualizations to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively

* You have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar
