Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team
  • Data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
  • Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compiling reports from systems with claims information to provide valuable insights
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our claims management systems

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
  • Basic computer and typing skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a claims coordination or customer service role
  • Knowledge of claims management systems and software
  • Certification in customer service or data entry
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
