Job Summary

As a Contract Customer Marketing Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to design and implement customer marketing experiences that drive loyalty, expansion, and advocacy. This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension, and you'll report directly to our VP of Marketing. If you're a seasoned customer marketing professional with a passion for creating measurable results, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement impactful customer marketing experiences that focus on increasing customer loyalty, expansion, and advocacy

  • Create communities based on level and interest to foster engagement and advocacy
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell/upsell and develop targeted marketing programs to drive revenue growth
  • Amplify our customers' stories through case studies, testimonials, and other marketing channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing programs
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of customer marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing to continuously improve our programs

Requirements

* 5-7 years of experience in customer marketing, preferably in tech marketing

  • Proven ability to understand how customers are using arenaflex solutions to achieve their business goals and translate that into marketing programs
  • Demonstrated success in establishing communities and creating advocates for a brand or product
  • Revenue-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth
  • Proficient in marketing technology, including Salesforce, Marketo, and Gong
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Essential Skills and Competencies

* Strong understanding of customer marketing principles and best practices

  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a SaaS or tech industry environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in marketing or a related field (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Experience with content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and customer experience design
