Job Responsibilities:

As a Manager, Analytics at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting our paid media examination capability to surface data-driven key opportunities for the Chief Initiative group, focusing on the advancement of our paid media spend globally
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to identify ways of working on the efficiencies of our paid media spend and fostering revealing and examinations to casing and drive choices
  • Developing and communicating custom detailing and examinations to illuminate our paid media technique
  • Creating and maintaining KPIs and scorecards to track drive progress/execution and drive an emphasis on results and execution
  • Playing a key role in supporting key direction by making and imparting custom detailing and examinations
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
  • Developing and maintaining complex data models and algorithms to drive business growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and inform strategic decisions

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and models
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
