Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional phone support to customers, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Managing Etsy messaging support, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Handling Amazon messaging support, providing accurate and helpful responses to customer queries
  • Engaging with customers through live chat on our website, resolving issues, and providing product information
  • Responding to customer emails, resolving queries, and escalating complex issues to senior support staff when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and reviews using spreadsheets
  • Collaborating with other support staff to ensure seamless customer support across all channels
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
