Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data systems that support our streaming video platform. You'll work closely with our engineering, product, and data science teams to develop and deploy data solutions that drive business insights and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement large-scale data systems that support our streaming video platform
- Develop and maintain data pipelines that integrate with our core product functions
- Collaborate with our engineering, product, and data science teams to develop and deploy data solutions
- Work with our data engineering team to design and implement data models that support business insights and customer experience
- Develop and maintain data quality and integrity processes to ensure high-quality data
- Collaborate with our data science team to develop and deploy machine learning models that drive business insights and customer experience
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for data engineering
- Work with our operations team to ensure the smooth operation of our data systems
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field
- Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Flink
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Scala, or Python
- Experience with data quality and integrity processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field
- Experience with data science and machine learning concepts
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Strong understanding of cloud-based security and compliance concepts
