Your Role

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering data into computer systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verifying and reviewing data for errors or discrepancies, taking corrective action as needed.
  • Maintaining data integrity and confidentiality, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies.
  • Collecting and inputting data from various sources, including online databases, surveys, and documents.
  • Ensuring the safety and availability of all data, with a focus on data backup and recovery procedures.
  • Communicating effectively with other team members to ensure accuracy and safety of data collected.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a strong understanding of data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
