Our Lubbock, TX team is offering a position where you’ll grind, grow, and get compensated like nowhere else: $800k+ potential, 12 weeks off, and a two-year partnership track. Why This Role Is Different
- $50,000 Bonus up front
- Partner compensation exceeded $900k in 2024 (not including moonlighting)
- Two-year partnership track (trainees) or immediate transition for experienced physicians
- 12 weeks vacation annually — equal from day one
- Mix of onsite and remote shifts to keep you sharp and flexible
- Balanced case mix — CR/CT/US/MR, inpatient, outpatient, ER
- Fellowship training in MSK, Body, or Neuro preferred
The Work You’ll average 80–110 wRVUs per shift. That means you need to be efficient, decisive, and ready to hustle. Call is shared, light, and comes with incentive pay. Internal moonlighting is available from day one if you want to go after even more income. What You Get
