Conduct thorough and detailed analysis of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective communication and execution of manufacturing support activities. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials for production. Participate in the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the manufacturing process. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for safety, quality, and environmental protection. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure their understanding of processes and procedures. Continuously review and update documentation and records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Communicate and report on production status and any issues or concerns to management. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste in manufacturing processes. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
