Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Airport Operations Support, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, ensuring a seamless experience for passengers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to airport operations, including check-in, gate management, transfers, arrivals, luggage services, and ticketing
  • Assisting in various airport functions, including pre-flight and post-flight departure duties
  • Maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to uniform standards at all times
  • Promoting and upselling arenaflex services and products
  • Attending all required training sessions, completing them within the specified timeframes
  • Following safety protocols and contributing to safe working practices at all times
  • Representing arenaflex with professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with customers
  • Performing any other reasonable duties related to the role as required

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers and team members
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, even under pressure
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong customer focus and experience in face-to-face interactions with customers
  • Ability to represent arenaflex professionally, maintaining a well-groomed appearance and following uniform standards
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and public holidays
  • Reliability and punctuality in meeting work requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid BAA airside pass and GSAT training
  • A valid driver's license from the DVLA and willingness to apply for a BAA driving license as required
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit when necessary

Preferred Experience

While not required, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication is a plus. If you have experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, we'd love to hear from you.
