Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to individuals and organizations, responding to inquiries, and resolving complex issues. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $35.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone, email, or written correspondence

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding arenaflex plans, devices, and resources
  • Guide customers through their plan of benefits, arenaflex strategy, and methodology, as well as provide knowledge about available resources to comply with administrative regulations
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized support
  • Respond to customer needs, providing relevant information, such as extra plan details, benefit plan details, and self-service tools
  • Explain customer rights and limitations as per contract
  • Maintain accurate records and track customer interactions, including contacts with suppliers and plan supporters
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or healthcare)

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other customer service tools
