What You'll Do

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex's valued customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences

What You'll Need for Success

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school degree or equivalent
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous customer service or member-facing experience
  • Previous banking or credit union experience
  • Experience with Episys/Symitar and processing wires
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Access
