Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Supply Chain Systems Management

Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Inventory Network Frameworks Manager in managing the Distribution Center Administration Framework. You will work closely with the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions, as well as the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office, to facilitate, investigate, and introduce actual foundation that upholds the DC where necessary. Your responsibilities will include:

• Contacting MHE merchants as it relates to data management
• Working with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks
• Coordinating all data backups and data recovery procedures
• Serving as a liaison between the distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution
• Supporting all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals
• Supporting LAN (Local Area Network) design
• Carrying out all future arrivals of software
• Coordinating stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and reporting utilization to MIS
• Regulating nonexempt staff
• Maintaining all control tables within the WMS, including access security
• Screening the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end users
• Managing and screening end-user access and freedoms and reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
• Developing reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio

Required Capabilities:

* 2 years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.

• 2 years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
• Must be local, as this is not a remote job (Note: We have other remote job opportunities available at arenaflex)

Preferred Capabilities:

* Project management experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Business acumen
