About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling high volumes of live chats, coordinating customer inquiries, and resolving complex issues. You'll work closely with our support team to optimize customer complaint processes, improve service quality, and gather valuable feedback to drive business growth. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and ability to think critically will enable you to advocate for our customers and contribute to our mission of creating a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle high amounts of live chats, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Coordinate and handle customer inquiries about arenaflex's products, features, and services, ensuring regular customers receive accurate and helpful information
  • Solve complex customer complaint issues, creating and documenting report analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Optimize customer complaint processes and improve service quality by implementing efficient solutions and best practices
  • Handle unpredictable emergencies in an efficient and timely manner, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and reports assigned by shift leaders and/or managers, showcasing your ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or diploma in a finance-related major, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and terminology

  • Prior customer support experience in an e-commerce or financial industry background, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity with CS operation and business processes, with a strong ability for problem-solving and a data-driven approach
  • Experience or knowledge of financial derivative products is a significant plus, demonstrating your expertise in complex financial concepts
  • Willingness to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts, to ensure 24/7 customer support
  • Fluency in English and Thai is required to effectively coordinate with overseas partners, stakeholders, and customers
