Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their concerns.

  • Research and gather information using available resources to address customer queries and resolve issues.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide customers with product and service information, including eligibility criteria, deadlines, and other related inquiries.
  • Enter new customer information into our system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Route calls to the appropriate resource, ensuring seamless customer support.
  • Respond to incoming calls from students and parents regarding financial aid options, application procedures, eligibility criteria, deadlines, and other related inquiries.

Qualifications

* Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic math skills, including word problems, percentages, and multiplying fractions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Schedule and Pay Rate

* Monday to Friday schedule, with flexible hours to accommodate your needs.

  • Paid weekly, with a competitive hourly rate.
  • $15.50 per hour during training (4 weeks).
  • $16.00 per hour after completion of training.
