Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience. Model and share customer service best practices with your team to deliver a distinctive and delightful experience.
  • Providing Efficient Checkout Service: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service, and recommend items for sale to customers.
  • Maintaining Store Operations: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by the store manager or shift leader.
  • Implementing Asset Protection Procedures: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
  • Constructing and Maintaining Displays: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
  • Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
  • Assuming Web Pick-up Responsibilities: Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
  • Maintaining Store Appearance: Ensure clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance, and assist with exterior and interior maintenance.
  • Complying with Company Policies: Comply with all company policies and procedures, and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience in a retail environment, preferably with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
