Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a remote basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for assisting with general clerical functions, including data entry, correspondence, and report preparation. You'll work closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following tasks:
- Assisting with general clerical functions, including data entry and correspondence
- Entering and editing information into our computer system with speed and accuracy, including services, inquiries, submissions, log files, etc.
- Preparing and verifying report requests
- Assisting in communication of training class schedules and general information
- Moderating virtual meetings and training classes
- Answering multi-line switchboard and transferring calls as appropriate
- Assisting in meeting room and training setups
- Assisting in accomplishing the goals and objectives and other duties as assigned
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data entry software and systems
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
- Experience with virtual meetings and training classes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
