Onsite Health Coach

Cigna is seeking an Onsite Health Coach to join our team and work directly with our clients to provide personalized support and guidance on their journey towards a healthier lifestyle. If you have a strong background in health coaching and are dedicated to empowering others to live their best lives, we want to hear from you! Provide personalized health coaching services to clients in order to support them in achieving their health and wellness goals. Collaborate with clients to develop customized health and wellness plans that address their specific needs and concerns. Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to assess their progress, provide guidance, and make adjustments to their plans as needed. Utilize a variety of coaching techniques and resources to empower clients to make positive lifestyle changes and maintain healthy habits. Stay up-to-date on the latest health and wellness research and trends to provide evidence-based recommendations to clients. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure open communication and trust, and serve as a supportive and non-judgmental resource. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care. Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and provide regular reports to management and other stakeholders. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve coaching skills and knowledge.
