Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Experience Specialist - Automotive Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers upon arrival and conducting a needs assessment to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements
  • Communicating with customers via email, text, and phone to provide updates, answer questions, and address concerns
  • Attending product and sales training courses to stay up-to-date on the latest automotive trends and technologies
  • Maintaining an owner follow-up and prospect development system to ensure seamless customer interactions and maximize sales opportunities
  • Presenting quotes and estimates to customers for approval, ensuring transparency and accuracy throughout the sales process

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • A background check and drug test
  • To be at least 18 years old
  • A commitment to a long-term career in the automotive industry
  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
