Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our policyholders, processing policy change requests, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services. Responsibilities

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
  • Handling incoming calls from customers in a friendly and helpful manner, addressing their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Completing Evidence of Insurance requests and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of policy change requests.
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including policy details, coverage options, and benefits.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
  • A valid Property & Casualty license, Personal Lines License, or Life and Health License.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and Internet applications.
  • A quick learning ability and a team player attitude, with a commitment to growth and development.
  • The ability to pass a credit and background check.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including policy details and coverage options.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology applications.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits

As an arenaflex employee, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:
  • A base salary of $22.00 - $25.00 per year, depending on experience.
  • Commissions and bonus opportunities based on performance.
