Key Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring timely resolution of issues and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting customers with product information, order status, account inquiries, and issue resolution, providing accurate and helpful solutions to their concerns.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce or technology-related field.
