Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Caregiver Leads to join our team in Culpeper, VA. As a Caregiver Lead, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients, while also supervising and guiding our caregivers to ensure they have the resources and support they need to excel in their roles. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional care and support to our clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), companionship, and emotional support
- Supervise and guide our caregivers to ensure they have the resources and support they need to excel in their roles
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of our clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care and support
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
- Collaborate with our team to ensure high-quality care and services are delivered to our clients
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, or nursing assistance
- CNA, PCA, or HHA certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care and support
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with seniors or individuals with chronic diseases
- Knowledge of care planning and coordination
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
