Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our world-class technology. You will be a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. You will build strong relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat, and help them navigate our website and online ordering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Understand customer needs and recommend arenaflex's best solutions
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!

Compensation and Perks

* Pay from $24 to $28 per hour with significant growth and earning potential!
