Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other languages as required) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
