Key Responsibilities
As an Inside Counter Sales, Customer Service & Warehouse Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
Counter Sales & Customer Service:
+ Assist customers at the counter with product inquiries, purchases, and technical support. + Answer phones promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and addressing customer needs. + Process sales transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems. + Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service.
Warehouse Duties:
+ Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. + Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and physical organization. + Operate a forklift to load/unload deliveries and move materials within the warehouse. + Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and well-organized.
General Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. + Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate to appropriate personnel when necessary. + Participate in product training and stay informed about industry trends and offerings. + Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and company goals.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Prior welding knowledge is a significant advantage.
- Forklift experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency for order processing and inventory management.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
