Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll process customer orders and inquiries, communicate with customers in a collaborative call center using world-class technology, and become a product and solutions expert to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. If you're fluent in both verbal and written English and Spanish, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
• Become a product and solutions expert to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level targets

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
• Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
