Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

* Pay from $25 to $29 per hour with significant growth and earning potential!

Location

This position is located in Fort Worth, TX, and we're looking for individuals who are willing to work on-site. The training shift is Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and after training, your shift will be Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM to 9 PM.
