Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers
• Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions to meet their needs

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
