Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers to determine their service needs and schedule appointments
  • Dispatching our skilled technicians to resolve HVAC and plumbing issues
  • Prioritizing and entering data into our database using computer skills
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our customers
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of computers and software applications
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Location

Expected Salary

$15-$18 per hour, plus commission
