The Role This position is responsible for managing the OEM technical team that develops and delivers legislative updates across vendor payroll and Financials. This role has overall responsibility for our vendor payroll and Financials technical resources and consultants, ensuring that we provide the highest level of support to our customers. It will ensure that all Legislative updates are delivered in a timely manner with quality. Build Recruit OEM developers and QA Engineers. Draft OEM processes, work with the OEM Support and Country Manager to build out the TLR development processes. Work with the OEM Support and Country manager on systems needed to support the development cycle;ie JIRA, Visualping etc. Detertmine what automation is needed to support development and quality processes. Define the scope of the OEM Archive processes working with other Origina teams. Document all processes to a ISO9001 level. Working alongside OEM management peers to build a team that supports one another and is in keeping with Origina principles. Growth Operating as the day-to-day management point for all OEM technical activities. Working with support management to ensure collaborative management teams to help develop and guide a strategy. Managing budgets and reporting. Gathering feedback and presenting insights. Understanding scope of work at a high level. Identifying opportunities for continual improvement. Deliver exceptional service to the client base ensuring timeliness and quality. Build and maintain excellent relationships with our customers. Ensure continuous compliance with internal policies and governance. Provide technical advice to the Sales teams. Assist in the development of robust processes as well as monitor, and enhance these processes.
