Commercial Regulatory Counsel, FCC / Telecom
BCM One is looking for a Commercial Regulatory Counsel to provide practical, business-enabling legal guidance in a highly regulated and fast-moving telecom environment. In this role, you’ll be the go-to advisor on FCC and telecom regulatory compliance, while also supporting commercial contracting with a strong regulatory lens. You’ll partner closely with Executives and cross-functional leaders to keep our operations compliant, reduce risk, and help the business scale confidently. Work Locations: This is a hybrid or remote-optional position. Preference will be given to candidates based in Herndon, VA, Blue Bell, PA or Alpharetta, GA.
