Job Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

Lead Data Entry Operations:

You will lead data entry operations for a group of data analysis products used to support internal bank functions.

Investigate Data Quality Issues:

You will work as a key member in identifying and resolving data quality issues affecting our customer data analysis stage.

Analyze Complex Technical Challenges:

You will break down complex technical challenges within a large data environment that require in-depth analysis.

Research and Report:

You will lead research and make reports on ongoing data entry issues and present findings to internal stakeholders.

Develop New Processes:

You will lead the development of new data entry processes and stage enhancements.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

You will be the primary contact with the internal team and ensure communication and reporting of delivery from the offshore team.

Champion Continuous Improvement:

You will champion continuous improvement, including developing new systems and identifying new opportunities.

Establish Performance Standards:

You will contribute to the establishment of performance standards for the team and ensure activities meet or exceed performance metrics.

Lead Risk and Control:

You will direct the daily Risk and Control stream of tasks, focusing on solutions, methodologies, and work guidelines to ensure a successful outcome; redesigning and driving continuous improvement.

Lead Teams:

You will lead teams to meet time constraints and drive new initiatives.

Audit and Approve Changes:

You will audit, approve, and execute recommended changes to plans.

Collaborate with Colleagues:

You will collaborate and communicate with colleagues to resolve issues and achieve technology mandates.

Mentor Peers:

You will serve as a mentor to peers.

Required Capabilities:

* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies.

Preferred Capabilities:

* 2+ years of experience supporting large data environments.

• 2+ years of experience delivering ETL, data warehouse, and data analysis capabilities on large data architectures like Hadoop.
• 2+ years of experience using a combination of the following tools: HIVE, Panda, Autosys, Grafana, Splunk.
• Past experience supporting Kafka and MongoDB.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis principles and methodologies.
• Experience with data visualization tools and technologies.

Work Assumptions:
