Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to arenaflex policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and data security

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Knowledge of Sabre or other travel industry software
  • Experience working in a high-pressure environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual language skills
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
