Role Purpose: The Commercial Transformation Manager is a strategic global role responsible for driving and executing digital led commercial transformation initiatives across the group. The role will improve sales effectiveness, customer experience, and operational efficiency through CRM optimization, automation, analytics, and change management. This role will partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, D&T, leadership teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable, technology-enabled solutions that create measurable business value What you will do (Key Responsibilities): Commercial Transformation & Strategic Leadership Lead the global commercial transformation projects, partnering with senior leadership to align initiatives with business growth priorities, market competitiveness, and long-term strategic objectives. Drive the simplification, standardisation, and optimisation of commercial operating models, ensuring scalable and efficient processes across the group. Develop and execute transformation roadmaps spanning sales excellence, customer engagement, digital enablement, automation, and analytics to strengthen commercial performance. Influence regional leadership teams to adopt the best global practices, governance standards, and consistent commercial disciplines. Operational Excellence & Digital Enablement Update and simplify legacy and manual processes through technology-enabled solutions that improve speed, efficiency, and responsiveness across commercial functions. Establish robust governance frameworks, operating standards, and controls to strengthen execution and data quality. Drive automation and system integration initiatives across CRM, ERP, reporting, telephony, and related platforms to create seamless end-to-end workflows and data synchronization. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, turnaround times, service levels, and operational effectiveness across the commercial organization. Enterprise Program & Stakeholder Leadership Lead multiple high-impact transformation programs across geographies and functions, ensuring successful execution, strong governance, and measurable business outcomes. Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders across Sales, D&T, Finance, Customer Service, and regional leadership teams to align priorities and accelerate delivery. Manage strategic relationships with external vendors, technology partners, and implementation teams to ensure quality, timelines, and value realization. Provide executive-level reporting, progress visibility, and decision support to leadership teams. Change Leadership & Organizational Capability Champion adoption of new systems, tools, and operating models across global teams, ensuring sustainable behavioural and process change. Build organizational capability through structured communication, training, and enablement programs that increase adoption and commercial effectiveness. Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across the commercial organization. Develop internal champions and governance structures to sustain long-term transformation success. Who you are (Requirements): 4–6 years in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, CRM, Strategy, Transformation. CRM expertise, Project / Program Management, Reports and Dashboards, Stakeholder management, Change management, Strong communication Skills.
