Technical Program Manager, Construction Prefabrication

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing multi-group/disciplinary construction projects.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience creating prefabrication work packages for construction.
- Experience working with electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems or large-scale mission critical facilities.
- Experience with productivity tracking, budget and schedule management, and earned value reporting.
- Experience breaking down electrical and mechanical design into work packages.
- Experience constructing technical facilities.
- Manage the design, manufacturing, and installation of prefabricated assemblies for data center construction in North America.
- Be responsible for gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer needs while maintaining end-to-end responsibility from construction to deployment.
- Resolve critical issues within the matrix organization while maintaining adherence to project timelines and costs. Drive consensus and compromise while engaging with customers, cross-functional partners, and other internal organizations.
- Work independently on difficult construction challenges requiring in-depth analysis and evaluation of business situations. Communicate project information and updates to Googlers and leadership appropriately.
- Facilitate the creation of new pre-fabricated assemblies through electrical and mechanical work packaging. Manage electrical and mechanical trades, supply chain vendors, and integrators.
