The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding pool maintenance, scheduling, and services. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be essential in ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company. This is a contractor position, and you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding pool maintenance, scheduling, and services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with pool technicians and other departments to address complex customer needs
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and policies
Key Requirements
* Fluent, near-native level spoken English
- Availability to work US business hours
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service or related field
- Proficiency with common computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of pool maintenance is a plus, but not required – training will be provided!
