About The Role The Global SEO Content Specialist at Iron Mountain plays a vital role within the Web and SEO team, focusing on enhancing the company's online presence through strategic content management and optimization. This position involves executing SEO strategies, creating and maintaining content briefs, and implementing on-page updates to boost organic visibility across key solution areas. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams, product owners, and regional leaders to identify content gaps and translate performance data into actionable insights. Additionally, ensuring all digital content aligns with Iron Mountain’s brand standards, legal, and regulatory requirements is a key responsibility. This role offers an opportunity to influence global digital marketing efforts and drive measurable business results through impactful content strategies.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and content development, preferably within a corporate or enterprise environment.
  • Strong proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as BrightEdge, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Semrush.
  • Proven expertise in keyword research, performance analysis, and translating search insights into effective content strategies.
  • Excellent professional English writing and editing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO and content strategies to improve organic search visibility across key solution areas.
  • Create, optimize, and maintain content briefs and on-page updates aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners and regional leaders, to identify content gaps and opportunities.
  • Analyze web performance data to generate actionable recommendations for content improvement.
  • Ensure all digital content complies with Iron Mountain’s branding, legal, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain high editorial quality through human review of AI-supported drafts to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
