Job Summary

As a Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing calls regarding customers' insurance policies, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process inbound calls from customers regarding their insurance policies

  • Answer questions and resolve issues related to policy coverage, billing, and policy modifications
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring a positive experience
  • Utilize computer systems and data systems to search for answers and information
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a quiet and distraction-free work environment during working and training hours
  • Must reside in Utah to be considered for this role
  • Must have a valid driver's license (not required for remote work)

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in computer systems and data systems

At-Home Requirements

* arenaflex will provide equipment (headset included) shipped to the agent's address after they pass their licensing exam

  • Candidate should guarantee high internet speed and ability to hardwire (Download: 5 Mbps and Upload: 5 Mbps)
  • Self-accountability and ownership

  • Quiet and distraction-free work environment
  • Cannot be the primary caregiver during training or working hours
  • Must be comfortable with being on web camera during training and production
  • Candidates are required to use their own devices during the first week (pre-licensing). Any type of computer or tablet is allowed with the exception of Kindle Fire Tablets. Cell phones are NOT allowed.
